At Clay Boutique, every piece is handmade, so we review returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis rather than a fixed rulebook.

If something isn't right with your order, message us directly on WhatsApp (0337 6385369) or Instagram (@clayboutiquee) with your order number and photos of the item, and we'll work out a fair resolution together based on the condition of the item and the reason for the return.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces (for example, engraved keychains) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
